Keturah Stoltzfus

Keturah Stoltzfus is a free-spirited, story-telling artist living in Abbeville SC. Inspired by vintage practices, natural landscapes, life experiences, and raw, "worthless" materials, she enjoys the liberty of dabbling in all sorts of wildly creative pursuits: collecting, curating, and creating beauty. Her childhood doodles have developed into refined handlettering skills. Keturah uses old fashioned bookbinding practices to make her leatherbound journals for artists, writers, and poets. One of her favorite and most fascinating artforms is the collection of earth pigments which she processes into watercolor paint: painting the landscape with the landscape, and creating stunning color palettes in hand carved driftwood. Find Keturah at her happiest in the springtime: outside scavenging for rocks, or picking wildflowers to press (aka "saving them from the lawn mower"). She loves to share her process and inspire everyone to explore their creative instincts. You can follow Keturah's work on social media; shop her latest creations online and at Main and Maxwell; and visit her in person at her art studio coming soon to Main Street Coffee Company in Abbeville SC.
